6.0.95 Billing Release Notes

Billing Release Scheduled for 9/20/23 at 7:00AM EST

NOTICE:  Release will take place from 7AM- 7:15AM, the application will not be accessible during the update.

It is recommended after each release; users clear their browser cache.  This can be done by using the F12 key on your keyboard, right-clicking on the browser refresh button and selecting "Empty Cache and Hard Reload".

This document explains functionality updates to the AIM Online V6 Billing application. For additional information, please contact Customer Support at 1-800-726-4362 or support@aim-system.com.

Report Updates

  1. Site Code criteria option added to Dashboard, Billing Metrics (by Date of Service) Report.
  2. Site Code 1 and Site Code 2 added as an additional column option for all queues.

Account/Subscriptions Updates

  1. Original Reference Number field added to Privacy Tracking Call Log.

Billing Updates

  1. Adding a new bill for an existing patient will now include the Last Verified At Date/Time information for the payer.
  2. Ability to link an EOB from the Manage EOB Utility added to Batch Transactions.
  3. Original Reference Number field added to Privacy Tracking Call Log.
  4. Ability to print with form images added to Batch Print and Batch Reprint options.

Improvements

  1. Data on the Narrative Tab corrected to no longer auto highlight when edit mode is enabled.
  2. Reports updated to prompt for complete criteria before the Preview or Download buttons become available to avoid report errors.
  3. Character limit of fifteen added to the Commercial Payer Setup Provider Number field.
  4. “Amount C/A” column of the Contractor Queue corrected to show expected output.
  5. Application corrected to no longer prompt user to post reprinted bills when the configuration setting for “Post Reprint Bill Transaction” is not enabled.
  6. Sort order for the Accounts/Subscription List Reports corrected.
  7. Following fields on the Charges Tab updated to prevent negative values:
    1. Mileage Rates, Miles
    2. Other Rates, Quantity
