Setup Considerations

RememberthatNillables and Not Values are necessary when data is not able to be entered.
IfaNot or Pertinent Negative is blue, nothing is entered. If green, it contains data.
Fieldswitha purple name have AutoFilter functionality, listing entries that match the first 3 letters of what is typed.
Remembertoalways click Save on any records created through the + Icons and with each completed setup area.
Pleaseavoidduplicate entries, as these affect reports and other functionality.
Avoidcreatingblank entries or entries without all fields entered. Delete an entry if it has no data, is not needed, or not valid.
Theprofilesare pre-set but can be changed as needed.
Rememberthatsome field configurations prevent changes.
