Action Scheduled by Date (Landscape) Report

This report/queue shows router activity over a specified date range, in landscape format.

Action Scheduled by Date (Landscape) report shows trips with an Action scheduled via the Router Tab over the specified date range. It shows all actions, regardless of the user.

To run this report, simply enter a date of service range. Routes will appear on the report output if the bill associated with that route has a date of service within that range. The report can optionally be ran by creating a additional filters for the Scheduled Date, which will allow for routes to display on this report if they fall within both a date of service and Scheduled Date Range.

The "Include the Blank Routes?" checkbox will allow routes without an associated scheduled date to appear on the output of the report. This is only useful for seeing data pertaining to routes prior to 6/4/25, as the Scheduled Date is now a requirement. 

The report output provides the Bill Number, Date of Service, Action, Scheduled Date, Status, Routed To, Patient Name, and Patient Date of Birth. The report will total the number of bills on the output.
