Action Scheduled by Date Report
This report/queue shows router activity over a specified date range.
Action Scheduled by Date report/queue shows trips with an Action scheduled via the Router Tab over the specified date range. It shows all actions, regardless of the user.
To run this report or queue, simply enter a date of service range. Routes will appear on the report output if the bill associated with that route has a date of service within that range. The report can optionally be ran by creating a additional filters for the Scheduled Date, which will allow for routes to display on this report if they fall within both a date of service and Scheduled Date Range.
The "Include the Blank Routes?" checkbox will allow routes without an associated scheduled date to appear on the output of the report or queue. This is only useful for seeing data pertaining to routes prior to 6/4/25, as the Scheduled Date is now a requirement.
The "Show Closed Routes?" checkbox will allow closed routes to display. Without this enabled, only open routes will show on the report or queue output.

The report output provides the Bill Number, Date of Service, Action, Scheduled Date, and Status. For routes that are closed, the Closed Date is also listed (provided "Show Closed Routes?" is enabled). The report will total the number of bills on the output. The queue will provide all of this data except the total number of bills by default.
