AIM Intelligence Setup
AIM Intelligence Setup contains configuration settings for all AIM Intelligence features.

AIM Intelligence Setup can only be accessed via the role permission 'AIM Intelligence Setup' under the General Setup category of Roles Setup. Users with this role permission enabled can access AIM Intelligence Setup through General Setup:

AIM Intelligence Setup contains configuration options for various AIM Intelligence Features. Click any of the below section titles to learn more about these features:

Enable Predictive Patient Lookup on Imported Bills
If this checkbox is enabled, AIM will attempt to automatically assign existing patient accounts if data point matches to an existing account appear on the imported ePCR.
If this checkbox is enabled, the Potential ICD-10 Codes button will appear on patient care reports, allowing the biller to view ICD-10 codes that may apply to that bill, based on the ePCR's data points.
Enable Medicaid Eligibility Management
If this checkbox is enabled, integrated Eligibility functions for Medicaid-type payers will allow for bills to be put into a Medicaid Eligibility process where the patient's Medicaid eligibility on that date of service is checked repeatedly over a set number of days. If Medicaid Eligibility is ever found, the bill will be routed back to the biller to verify payer details and bill accordingly. Bills actively in the process can be analyzed using the Bills in Medicaid Eligibility Management Report/Queue.
If this checkbox is enabled, integrated Eligibility functions will allow for bills to be put into a temporary hold until the patient's deductible has lowered to a predetermined amount, or a number of days pass since the claim entered the hold status. Bills actively in the process can be analyzed using the Bills in Deductible Management Report/Queue.
Disabling Deductible Management will leave bills in the hold status. Before disabling the feature, it is recommended to disable "Set Incomplete Status" on each bill using the Bills in Deductible Management Queue.
