Bill Routing Stats by Agency/Biller Report

The Bill Routing Stats by Agency/Biller report provides an analysis on use of the Router Tab, either for a specific biller, or maybe even a specific agency.

Please note this report only provides data on router tab records created after the release of the report. 

The Bill Routing Stats by Agency/Biller report allows users to review all outstanding routes to either all billers or a specific biller for all agencies in a company. 

To run this report, first select either to run the report by the date the router tab record was created (Create Date) or by the Scheduled Date of the router tab record.

Create Date does not factor-in the date of service of the bill, or the scheduled date of the Route. It only provides data based on the date the Route was created, which is only being tracked after the release of this report. For that reason, this report only provides data on routes created on or after 10/9/24. 

Run the report by Scheduled Date if looking for data prior to 10/9/24.

After selecting how to run the report, select either a Create Date or Scheduled Date Range, depending on the Run Report By dropdown selection.

This report also contains an Employee dropdown. This dropdown can be used to filter the report output to a particular biller. Alternatively, if the Employee filter is left on 'Select All', then the report will just provide data on all billers. 

This report can also by filtered for a specific Action or Sub-Action by entering the Action/Sub-Action in the respective filter textbox. Because the report potentially runs over several agencies' data, type the description. It is recommended to use the same quick pick descriptions across those agencies to be able to utilize this report to the fullest potential. 

The output of the report is split into two sections. These sections display data depending on if the report was filtered to a specific employee or all. The Routes by Agency section breaks down the following statistics by agency, while the Open Routes by Biller section breaks down the following statistics by biller.

    1. Open Routes: The total number of open Routes in that agency over that create date range. 
    2. Average Days Open: The average number of days between when a Route was created and when this report was ran.
    3. Closed Routes: The total number of closed Routes in that agency over that create date range.
    4. Average Days to Close: The average number of days between when a Route was created and when the Route was closed.
