Report Output

The report will break down, month-by-month, the total number of bills, gross charges, total contractual allowances, as well as a calculation of net charges. The report also specifies any payments, adjustments, or write offs.
The report also details the current monthly balance, as well as provides averages for the Gross Charges per Bill, Net Charges per Bill, Payments per Bill, and even a Net Collection Percentage. These metrics, when shown month-by-month, help the user understand their receivables growth over time. Even further, this is illustrated on the last page of the report by charts that will populate:

- Bill Count shows the number of bills entered into the system each month.
- Payments vs Net Charges provides a breakdown on the amount of total payments versus the total charges for that month.
- The Percent of Net Collected chart illustrates what percentage was collected based on the charges for that month.
- Payments vs Net Charges (Per Bill) is similar to the Payments vs Net Charges, except it is based on an average amount per bill.
