Closed Accounts Detailed Report

This report shows details on closed trips. It has three sections for each trip, as shown above, including billable items and transactions on the trip. It has several prompts: Date Range, asking if comments should be included, if a page break should separate each trip, and if the minor transaction types should be included. It displays Total Billed, Total Debits/Credits, and Total Balance for each Trip. This report can be quite lengthy depending on your company’s database and therefore the date range of this report is limited to 31 days.
