Dispatch Call Data Entry: Charges Tab

Entering this data is not necessarily expected in the Dispatch Module.

This area contains charge lines that are meant to populate the same fields in the Charges Tab of the Billing Module. This is useful if Dispatch Calls are configured to post directly to AIM Billing as it can automatically assign the charges to the bill.

This tab provides three types of lines: Base Rate, Mileage, and Other Rate. Each line has four fields that are the same: Code, Description, Price, and Cost. The variable field is for Return Trip, Miles, or Quantity, and specific to Base Rate, Mileage Rate, or Other Rate:

This data can populate automatically if General Setup > Service Level Mapping Setup is completed and a Service Level is selected for a call.
