Dispatch Hard Copy Report

The Dispatch Hard Copy is available in two formats:

1. Standard Hard Copy: A PDF document (typically 2 pages) containing Patient Information, Caller Information, Insurance Information, Incident Information, Destination Details, Incident Times, Scheduled Transit Information, Patient Medications History, Narrative, Crew Members, Other Responders, Mileage and Delays.
2. Hard Copy with Attachments: Same content as the standard version, but downloads as a ZIP file containing all file attachments. Any PDF attachments are appended to the hard copy report itself.

Hard copies can be generated at any time during data entry and are not affected by finishing the Dispatch Report. Selecting either option creates a file available at the lower left of the browser screen. Printing requires opening the PDF version and a connected printer - if no printer is available, save the file to print or email later. Files can be saved using standard browser and operating system processes, but note that the save location is not controlled by The AIM System.
