Dispatch Call Data Entry: Insurances Tab

Field data entered in this area can post to the PCR Module. This area is optional and reference only, as many companies do not rely upon anyone but billers to enter insurance data.

If dispatchers are expected to enter these details, it is important to train them on data entry to avoid confusion with the billers and what is eventually posted to the Billing Module.

Each record provides details of a specific insurance company (payer) with groups for the address information and the insured information.
