Dispatch Module Overview

The Dispatch Module from AIM Software Systems, Inc. has been formatted to be NEMSIS compliant and fully integrated with the Billing, Accounts, and PCR Modules of The AIM System (AIM Online). By sharing information across these modules, The AIM System ensures data integrity, eliminates redundant data entry, and increases the overall quality of the electronic health records.

We have planned future updates and will always listen to Customer Suggestions to improve all products.

This Dispatch Module is intended to complete a full suite of software. In this module, Patient Care begins with data entry of Scheduled (Non-Emergency) and Emergency Calls, continues into the PCR Module, and is then billed out of the Billing Module.

Users of the Dispatch Module include Management, Dispatchers, Call Takers, EMS, and Billing Staff.
