Dispatch Call Data Entry: PCS Information Tab

This tab organizes Physician Certification Statement-related data.

Physician Certification Statement Requirement shows when a PCS must be obtained (Before, After, or None).

Date Signed indicates when the PCS was obtained.

Expiration provides the date when a PCS expires; this triggers an alert.

Reason provides a checkbox list.

These fields detail the contact information of the facility and detail the signer of the PCS.
