The upper left of each screen shows the Call Number, Profile, and Status.
The Call Number (shown above) provides a unique reference, but the Patient Care Number, Response Number and/or Incident Number are all better references for a call; once established, they are then maintained in other modules and with state reporting, as opposed to Call Number.
To the right are the Status Indicators: who created the run, and who last updated it. Runs are locked when a user is working on the record or if the run is not properly closed. The lock will remain until cleared.
