Dispatch: Reports Module

The Report Portal is available on the navigation bar at the top of the main screen and portal screens. Keep in mind that this is shared with the PCR Module, but the Dispatch Module reports appear first, by default.

 

To run a report, click the report name. This opens a new window, with prompts for format, date range, and criteria specific to that report. Click Submit.

 

Specific prompts, headers, and other data are detailed in Scheduling ReportsAnalysis Reports, and Status Reports.

 

Either type in numbers or press Enter for the current date and time (which can be changed).         

 

After entering prompts, the user must click the Submit Button. The report opens in a new window. The report requires some time to load.

 

Remember that the Incident Class Field (a quick pick) affects data on many reports.

 

Reports can be viewed in either PDF or Excel formatting. These reports are designed to be printed.

All reports have a name, a Date/Time stamp, and a company name.   

 

If links are available, press control and then click a link to open a new window for that specific call.
