File Attachment Process

To save a file to a specific call, that file must be saved to the computer first.

1)   Select from the Type Field. Users may drag files here or click this area to select a file from Windows Explorer.

2) On a PC, drag the file from its initial location and drop it within the box. Alternately, users can click the box for a Save As Screen, where the file can be selected with normal operating system/browser processes.

3) Enter any comments for this file.

4) When saved, the added by, uploaded date, and last modified date fields are automatically entered.

In the event that a user fills out the information for an attachment but forgets to actually add the attachment, a validation requiring that an actual attachment be included will appear at the top of the page or when attempting to Finish the call.

File Size Limitation

Files should be no larger than 5MiBs, as interactions with files on a web-based program become significantly slower with larger files, especially when uploading or viewing.
