Dispatch Module Setup: Unavailable Transports

Unavailable Transports Setup allows for the creation of value choices for selection in the Unavailable Transport Reason/Service field.

Agencies interested in tracking the transports they did not / could not take should utilize the Unavailable for Transport Reason/Service field to document the reason(s) they could not carry out the transport.

Adding a record within the Unavailable Transports Setup grid will make that value available to select on the Dispatch Call's Quick Intake Page > Transit Information Section > Unavailable for Transport Reason/Service field. These options will also be available as filter options for selection when running the Dispatch Reports Module > Analysis Reports > Unavailable Transports Report.
