Dispatch Call Data Entry: Specialty Care Tab
This tab details the handling of a patient to be provided to the unit. Fields and user-defined lists are intended to record any out-of-the-ordinary events or expectations concerning the patient for immediate reference by the crew and for later review and/or billing purposes.

On the Dispatch Call Queue, click the Alert Icon to open the call to the Specialty Care Tab to review the details.
This information is expected to be communicated to the crew by a dispatcher.

Stairs/Steps is a numeric field that shows the number of stairs or steps taken to reach the patient.
Barriers to Patient Care always the ability to indicate reason(s) for not being able to complete patient care.
Will Anyone Else Accompany Patient? is a checkbox to inform the crew about a ride-along.

This record shows established situations/equipment/protocols/needs for the patient, as defined by the company. Records are descriptions intended to be a short summary or keyword to relay to the crew.

Records here show each medication of the patient and the associated details of those medications (dosage, units, administration route).
This information is provided to the corresponding run in the PCR Module.
