Dispatch Troubleshooting
This is an Internet-based product and can be affected by the browser settings.
No Internet Available
If the Internet is unavailable, the application cannot be opened.
Pop-ups
Make sure that the browser settings allow pop-ups and cookies. Turn off the Chrome autocomplete.
Internet Speed
High speed Internet Connections are recommended, which are typically greater than 5 Mbps. If the download speed is inconsistent, and/or less than 1 Mbps, performance is expected to be affected.
Note: It is recommended to work with the Internet Service Provider to make sure that the internet speed is sufficient.
Internet Disruptions
Any loss or ongoing inconsistency with Internet connectivity can cause performance issues and/or the potential for lost data on the current browser window.
Hardware Issues
Please ask Support or Sales for the most current hardware specifications and recommendations.
Spellchecker
Right click on the Narrative text, in Google Chrome or Safari, to make use of the Browser’s Spellchecker. These browsers compare the text with local dictionaries.
Note: Spellchecker functionality is browser-specific.
If an error occurs, or the screen does not completely appear, or is frozen, the first thing to try is reloading the browser window. This may be different depending on the browser used, but these are the ways to reload a browser window with Google Chrome:
o Click the Reload Icon, which looks like a circled arrow:
o Right-click and select Reload.
o Hit the Ctrl and R keys at the same time.
