Deductible Management Usage Metrics Report/Queue
Before this report or queue can be used, an Administrator must first enable AIM-Intelligence reports in Role Setup. Please be advised that this report or queue potentially provides data for all agencies within your AIM System. Please use discretion when enabling access to the AIM Intelligence Reports.
To check statistics for the Deductible Management process, you can run the Usage Metric report or queue in the AIM Intelligence Reports category.

To run the Deductible Management Usage Metric Report/Queue, simply enter a date of service range and configure any Additional Filters as necessary. The report/queue can only include agencies that the active user has access to.

The report/queue will provide the Bill Number, Date of Service, the Name of the Biller who entered the bill into the Deductible Management process, along with the Agency Name and Payer Name.
The Deductible Management Usage Metrics Queue also shows the Patient Name by default - this column does not appear on the report version. Use the Queue version to access more customization options than the report version.
The report/queue also provides the following metrics:
- Days in Management Process: this is the number of days since the bill was first entered into the Deductible Management process.
- Number of Times Checked Manually / Automatically: these are the number of times a bill has had its eligibility checked manually or automatically, respectively.
- Beginning Deductible Balance: Shows the deductible balance when that bill entered into the Deductible Management process.
- Ending Deductible Balance: Shows the deductible balance when that bill left the Deductible Management process.
- Date Removed From Management Process: If the bill is no longer in the Deductible Management process, this column reports the date it was removed.
- Total Deductible Impact: This is the sum total of the difference between all bills' beginning and ending deductible balance.
