External Data Report

This report returns any data recorded in a PCR's External Data Section on the Outcome Tab.

Some state require certain data to be added to the ePCR's Optional Page > Outcome Tab. To obtain data on this section, the External Data Report can be used. 

To run this report, simply select a date of service range. Optionally, you can also filter by Profile, Report Type, or Vehicle Dispatch Location.

The report will provide the PCR #, the Date of Service, the Profile, the Patient Name, the Report ID, the Report Type, and the Other Report Registry Type. A PCR may appear on the report more than once if more than one record appears in the External Data Section of that PCR.
