Fixing a Transaction Balance
This utility rebalances the Add Transactions screen to match the Charges screen for a bill.
This utility corrects a situation where a specific bill number has an incorrect balance on the Add/View Transactions Screen (Posting Screen), but a correct Grand Total in the Charges Tab.
If the Charges Tab Grand Total is incorrect, call Customer Support @ 1-800-726-4362.
This utility cannot solve issues with incorrect Transaction Amounts or Transaction Code or other posting mistakes. If you feel unsure, please work with Customer Support to identify the cause of the issue.
Select the Utilities icon on the top right of the menu bar.

Within the Data Maintenance window, select the option: Fix Transaction Balance.

Enter all requested information to fix the transaction balance.

- Select the Agency (if applicable).
- Enter the Bill Number.
- Click Run.
- A prompt confirms the transaction balance has been corrected for the bill number.
