Getting Started
ePCR Module Guide
Before making full use of the ePCR Module, the program must be set up and properly configured. This is covered during the training process, but AIM Support is available to assist with advisement on configuration changes moving forward following the completion of the ePCR Module Training. Please contact AIM Support before making any configuration changes you may be unsure of.
This section of the guide details data entry, and functionality of the module. This is followed by a section detailing QA (Quality Assurance), reports, and the Setup of the ePCR Module.
This approach is intended to familiarize the trainee with fields and data entry before the options and configurations that customize and streamline the program. Setup and use of the ePCR Module is best completed with the assistance of a trainer. Training will be arranged and recorded for guidance and a full review of the module is recommended before users attempt configuration changes.
After reading this guide and participating in training, users should be able to:
- Understand the various field configurations of The AIM System.
- Complete the Setup of the ePCR Module.
- Understand the data entry of a patient care report.
- Finish a trip in the ePCR Module.
- Understand how to move PCRs to billing, the state, and/or command (if using AIM Remote Link).
- Understand the processes of state export.
- Address any rejections received on the state end.
