Import Performance Report

This report analyzes statistics for the import process for each agency.

Before this report can be used, an Administrator must first enable AIM-Intelligence reports in Role Setup. Please be advised that this report potentially provides data for all agencies within your AIM System. Please use discretion when enabling access to the AIM Intelligence Reports.

The purpose of the Import Performance Report is to allow agency management to quickly and easily assess the status of the Import process. Outside of this report, this information can be obtained through various methods, but the Import Performance Report allows for this information to be obtained at the click of a button, for any agency within that company. 

This report does not require a great detail of information to run. By default, the report will provide data for all agencies - select only specific agencies if that is not desired. Only the agencies the active user has access to will be available for selection.

The report provides the following data for each agency:

  • Date of Last Import: Date of the last successful import
  • Number of Bills Imported: Number of bills successfully imported during the last import
  • Last Date of Service Imported: Most recent date of service contained within the import file.
