Patient Care Report Queue
This area serves as the starting point for multiple purposes. Here, crews find incomplete trips, which are saved, but not finished. Users can work on that data entry until all are finished. For supervisors and management, this is where the QA processes take place (as explained in the next section). There are multiple Filters available to select from. If there are more than 50 records to display within a filter a Load More button displays on the bottom left of the screen. By selecting this button an additional 50 records display each time if available.
This queue populates with the last 3 months of incomplete data, back from the current date. By default, users will see their own incomplete PCRs and in addition, any PCRs returned to them for corrections. Users with a higher level of access in the AIM System are able to switch the Filter option to see more data than their own.
- Review the From/To Dates. Enter a new date range to show older PCRs
- Click Refresh to see the latest data.
- Users are able to use the 'Member Of' filter to view PCRs they did not author, but are listed as a crew member. Use this filter for signing another crew member's report, for example.
Note: If the user has the Role Setup permission, 'View All', they can use the other filters such as 'All' or 'All Incomplete' to view all the outstanding reports in the System. Users with the 'Review' Role Setup permission can access and work from the PCR Queue's 'Review' filter.
PCRs are listed in the grid with these references: PCR Number, Service Date, Patient Name, Error Category, Status, Last Updated, the user the PCR is assigned to, State Export Status and Notification option. Typically, the status is Incomplete and the error category is N/A, unless the PCR was returned to the user from the QA Processes.
Reasons (for being returned for corrections) may include QA review processes (the error category) or State Export Status (showing Not Submitted, Pending, Accepted, or Error) relating to the XML submitted to the state.
A notification option is available on PCRs in an Incomplete status. Using this option will flag the user whom that PCR is assigned that it is not completed.
Click the PCR Number Link (the number itself) to open a PCR in a new window.

Click the second icon to edit information; click the checkmark to finish.
PCRs that are in the Patient Care Report Queue because of QA or routing require the user to check the Review Area.
Keep in mind that all PCRs remain until the State Export Status is accepted.
