ePCR: Reports Module
The Patient Care Reports Module includes a wide variety of reports, including Report Queues which can be utilized for custom filtering criteria or custom column selections to build reports around the data you need.
The Patient Care Reporting Module provides users the ability to analyze the patient care report data within AIM ePCR. It is important that if your agency requires specific information to be reported on in a routine basis, that agency management makes sure the specific data points needed for reporting purposes are being entered on reports. If not, updates to those questions can be made in Field Configuration Setup in order to make the reportable data points mandatory.
The Report Portal is available at the Navigation Bar at the top of the Patient Care Portal.

Keep in mind that there is a different report portal for AIM Dispatch. If you are an AIM Dispatch and ePCR customer, you'll need to make sure the Report Portal is set to 'Patient Care Report' to run reports on AIM ePCR data.

The Report Portal is made up of several different categories of reports. Each Report contains a brief description to the right of it that will explain that report's purpose. Keep in mind there is a single scroll bar for the Report Portal, but some report categories have their own scroll bars.
Running Reports
To run a report, you've first got to select the Name of the report. In a new tab, you will be redirected to that report's Search Criteria. Some Reports have a Queue option. The "Queue" option means to run the report as a Work Queue - this allows the user to work directly off of the report to accomplish a specific task. However, Queue reports also allow for custom filtering to be added to the report outside of the normal filters. Queue reports also allow you to customize the report columns. Queue reports can also be easily exported to excel to allow for even better control of the data. Queue Reports provide a lot more functionality than the typical Report option, but Queues are not available for all reports. Running the normal Report option is quicker but more limited in functionality than the Report Queue option.

Most Reports in AIM ePCR run over a date of service range. Some reports have a checkbox that allows the report to run over different dates (such as the audit date for the Patient Care User Audit Report or the date sent to state for the Sent to State Report). If those options are checked, you can still enter the date ranges in the Start and End fields.

Users can either manually date the date range for the report in MM/DD/YYYY format, or use the Date Range Buttons to automatically fill in the Start and End dates.

After selecting date ranges, you can select any filter options you want, or select a Sort option if needed. Once you're ready to run the report, click Submit.
Reports ran in PDF format open in a new tab.

The top of the report output contain controls for Zoom options, Printing, and Downloading the report.
Reports ran in Excel format just download automatically. It is preferable to run the Report as a Queue if a Queue option is available since the Queue makes it far easier to work with the data in Excel.
Queue Reports load in a new tab, with some additional controls present within.

Queue reports can even be filtered-down again by using the Sort Options in the column headers:
