Patient Care Setup: Signature Agreement Setup
This group of text boxes allows users to enter, edit, or replace text in the Signature Forms, found in the Signatures Group in the Documentation Area of the Signature Tab.
These are the available agreements:
- Airway Verification
- Controlled Substance
- Administration
- Controlled Substance
- Waste
- HIPAA Acknowledgement/Release
- Patient Belongings (Receipt)
- Permission to Transport
- Permission to Treat
- Refusal of Care
- Refusal of Transport
- Release for Billing
- Transfer of Patient Care
- Other/Custom
Note: Text for these forms is intended to be read by patients and authorized representatives, in regard to billing of the services of the, and for specific legal purposes. Texts are provided with the expectations of gathering a Signature from the person reading them. Avoid making changes in these texts unless the changes are fully and legally reviewed.
Below each signature agreement is a checkbox titled Show on Hardcopy. If the checkbox is marked, then the signature section shows on the ePCR Hardcopy. If the checkbox is not marked, then the signature section will not show on the ePCR Hardcopy.
