Potential ICD-10 Codes Usage Metrics Report

Before this report can be used, an Administrator must first enable AIM-Intelligence reports in Role Setup. Please be advised that this report potentially provides data for all agencies within your AIM System. Please use discretion when enabling access to the AIM Intelligence Reports.

To check statistics for the Potential ICD-10 Codes feature, you can run the Usage Metric report in the AIM Intelligence Reports category.

To run the Potential ICD-10 Codes Usage Metric Report, simply enter a date of service range and configure any Additional Filters as necessary. The report can only include agencies the active user has access to.

The report will provide the following information:

  • Bill Number: Bill Number of a bill where the Potential ICD-10 Codes button was used. A bill may be reported multiple times if the button was used more than once.
  • Date of Service: Date of Service of the bill.
  • Biller Name: Biller who used the Potential ICD-10 Codes button.
  • Agency Name: Agency where the button was used.
  • ICD-10 Code: Code associated with that record.
  • Rank: Indication of which code was selected...
    • Rank 0 would indicate that none of the codes within the Potential ICD-10 Codes screen were used.
    • Rank 1 would indicate the most confident result, #1 in the Potential ICD-10 Codes screen, was used. Ranks 2 and onwards indicate the placement of that ICD-10 Code within the Potential ICD-10 Codes screen.
  • Created At: Date/Time of use of the Potential ICD-10 Codes button.
  • Primary ICD-10: Indication of what code was ultimately used as the Primary ICD-10 Code on this bill.
    • If Rank 0 was reported for this record, this is the code the biller used instead of the codes suggested in the Potential ICD-10 Codes screen.
  • Baserate Code: Indicator of the Service Level of this bill.
  • Secondary Impression: Sourced from the ePCR. Used to assist with context for non-emergency trips.
