Profiles Setup Report

The Profiles Setup report lists all billing profiles configured for your agency and displays their current settings. It is a helpful tool in order to copy profiles from one agency to another.

The report shows each configured profile with the following information:

Profile Name: The name of the billing profile

Payers:

  • Shows "All" if the profile applies to all payers
  • Shows specific payer names or types if limited to certain payers

Pages and Field Settings:

  • Displays only pages that contain configured settings
  • Shows only fields that have specific settings configured
  • Each field displays:
    • Field Name: The name of the configured field
    • Default Value: The current default setting for that field

Report Uses

  • Document current profile configurations
  • Review profile settings and payer associations
  • Compare settings across different profiles
  • Verify profile setup accuracy
