Patient Care Report State Data Submission

Functionality allows PCR data to be immediately formatted and automatically sent to the state website. There is no manual processing for XML data; each XML file contains one PCR.

 

Please confirm expectations of data review with the PCR trainer, but keep in mind that the state controls these processes and NEMSIS Version 3 formatting/processes expect an automated sending of the PCR data when finished.

 

Batch Export

This feature provides functionality to create a batch export file for manual submission to the state.

  1. Click the BatchExport Button       
     
  2. Enter filter criteria (From and To) check the Include Batch Exported checkbox to include previously batch exported files and then click search.
  3. Check theExport box for all PCR's to be exported in a batch. Once selected click save.
  4. Save the batchexport file.

 

Reviewing Data

PCRs should be reviewed on a regular basis on the state's website.

Remember that the company is responsible for further review of the PCR data after it is uploaded. Regardless, always work with the trainer or call Customer Support to review rejections, work with element references, and determine what fields are involved or invalid in the data entry.
