Subscribers by Geographical Code List

This report breaks down subscribers using the Geographic Code quick pick field.

The Subscribers by Geographical Code List Report is ideal for use with the Subscription Module in order to understand where an agency's subscribers reside. This can be useful to an agency for many reasons. The report requires that the Geographic Code quick pick field be used to get the most out of this report, otherwise it just provides a list of subscribers with payment dates within the date range.

To run this report, simply enter a Payment Date Range. Any subscriber with a payment date (Accounts/Sub > Subscription Tab > Dues History Grid > Payment Date field) within that range will appear on the output of the report.

The report output is split into two sections. The first section is a list of subscribers within that payment date range. The second section is titled Totals by Geographic Code, which notes how many members reside in each Geographic Code and totals their membership payments.
