Subscription Type Labels Report

Mailing Labels for Subscriber accounts by Type.

Mailing labels (designed to print on pre-formatted paper to stick on an envelope) for accounts that are Subscribers, by type, intended to support ongoing Subscription Drives.

Prints the subscriber’s name, address, and account number, formatted for a page of stickers to put on envelopes.

Name Order option must be Last Name First or First Name First, which affects how the name prints.

Zip Codes option allows for printing all labels, or for using Excluded Zip Codes or Included Zip Codes Quick Pick categories from Setup. This allows the labels to pinpoint geographic areas of subscription coverage, or to not send to areas.

Only Zip Codes Defined in Setup only prints labels of Included Zip Codes Quick Pick category from Setup.

Excluded Zip Codes Defined in Setup does not print labels of Excluded Zip Codes Quick Pick category from Setup.

Sort by Account # option prints the labels in order, according to the Account Number, alphabetically by the prefix, then by numeric order. Use this for sorting if different account types will be helpful for mailing, timing, or review purposes.

Add OR Current Resident option prints the words OR CURRENT RESIDENT under the Patient Name. Use this option with:

  • A mass mailing of information or solicitations.
  • A large number of subscribers involved.
  • A Subscription Drive focusing on accounts not in Subscription Status.

Keep in mind that OR CURRENT RESIDENT may come across as impersonal, especially to well-known and well-established subscribers.

Run report by Account Range limits the labels to help manage the number to be printed, and especially if it is known that the paper needs to be re-loaded during printing. This prompt also provides another chance to limit the print by the prefix of the Account Number.

Subscriber Type filters results based off Subscriber Type Quick Pick category from Setup.

Include Patient Account Number allows for the patient account number to print on the label if this box is checked, and by unchecking the box, the patient account number will not display. By default, this will be enabled.

The labels will have the following format, with the account number printed to the right.
