User Entry Tracking Report

This report shows trips entered by users, by a bill creation date range. It prompts for the date range, and lists by User Login and then Trip Number. It displays Subtotals and Grand Totals for the amount billed, Debits/Credits, Balance, and Number of Trips Entered.
