6.0.101 Billing Release Notes
Billing Release Scheduled for 3/13/24 at 7:00AM EST
NOTICE: Release will take place from 7AM- 7:15AM, the application will not be accessible during the update.
It is recommended after each release; users clear their browser cache. This can be done by using the F12 key on your keyboard, right-clicking on the browser refresh button and selecting "Empty Cache and Hard Reload".

Report/Queue Updates
- New Dashboard category report added, Billing Receivables by Month.

- This report tracks several metrics, month-by-month, illustrating the growth in receivables through charts and a wide variety of statistics.
- This report is useful for identifying growth trends within the organization and can be filtered for specific payers, service levels, and/or bill statuses.

Setup Updates
- The duplicate initials warning within User Maintenance Setup has been updated to only trigger based on initials within the current company.
Accounts/Subscription Updates
- The Bill dropdown in the Accounts/Sub module Transaction screen now automatically reflects the correct balance after posting.
- In the Search Results grid of the Accounts/Subscription module, users will now find columns for Account Member First Name and Account Member Last Name when searching by the Account Member’s First or Last Name.
Billing Updates
- When saving a bill, the Continue Editing? prompt will now automatically highlight ‘No’ so that the ENTER key can be used to swiftly advance through this pop up.
- Posting payment transactions with deposit dates in the future will no longer trigger a pop-up warning.
- When transmitting a batch of electronic claims, and a missing Picked Up Location Address is detected on one or more bills, the system will now flag this as a warning prior to executing the transmission as the batch will likely be rejected.
- For users who usually operate with the browser zoomed-in, or have poor monitor resolutions, visual improvements have been made to the transaction screen.
- The Additional Information button on the Edit Payer screen has been modified to clearly display its button function.
Improvements
- A Refresh button has been added to the Manage Attachment Files utility in order to instantly see newly-attached files.
