Report/Queue Updates
- The following updates have been made to the Billing > Accounting Reports: Aging Detail by First Billed Payer and Aging Detail by Current Payer Reports.
- A new option has been added to the report Search Criteria: “Add subtotals to report?”
- If enabled, the report will subtotal each payer if the Sort Report By setting is equal to ‘Current Payer’.
- If enabled, the report will subtotal each patient if the Sort Report By setting is equal to ‘Patient Name’.
- When running either report with a Sort Report By option of ‘Current Payer’ or ‘Patient Name’, the report will sort by those options primarily, but then secondarily sort the report by either the Date of Service or Date Billed, depending on what was selected for the Run Report By setting.
- A new option has been added to the report Search Criteria: “Add subtotals to report?”
- The Biller Productivity Reports have been updated to use the system generated dates for postings.
- The Billing > Accounting Reports > Transaction Report Queues (Cash, Revenue, Contractual Allowance) now contain a Site Code option in the Columns section of the Queue Search Criteria.
- Footers, containing the date and time the report was ran, have been added to the following Dashboard category reports:
- Improved the Excel export of Report Queues to remove times from fields that strictly contain dates in new reports.
- Corrections have been made to the Transaction Amount columns of the Transaction Reports in regard to positive/negative amounts.
- Updated the Dashboard > Billing Receivables By Month > Service Level filter to be a multi-select dropdown so the report can be filtered for multiple service levels at a time.
Setup Updates
- Added a new Quick Pick option: Matching Patient Comments. Quick Pick buttons can now be used to auto-populate Matching Patient Comments under Commercial Payers Setup.
Accounts/Subscription Updates
- Improved display of the Members Tab when using a low-resolution monitor or when zoomed-in.
- Fixes have been applied to the Subscriber Status Update utilities (Date range and Year options) so that they will now update the Subscription Statuses based on the subscriber’s expiration date or year, depending on which utility is used.
- New configuration option added for Subscribers under Accounts/Subscription Module Setup > Configuration Settings Setup, titled, "Auto-Update Subscriber Status based on Expiration Date". If enabled, subscriber statuses will automatically be updated when the current date is equal to or greater than that subscriber's expiration date.
Billing Updates
- New button added to the ANSI 5010 Additional Information Page > Supplemental Insurance Information section, titled, “Pull Primary Payer Data”.
