Report/Queue Updates
- Fixed a cosmetic issue where the Report Scheduler Tab in the Reports Module was not aligned correctly.
- Report Scheduler report deliveries are now limited to 3mb in file size. Any report greater than 3mb is too large to be delivered by e-mail and can be obtained via the On Demand button within the Report Scheduler Tab of the Reports Module.
- Open/Closed Accounts Detailed Reports’ date ranges are now limited to 31 days for performance purposes.
- Improved performance of Queue reports when a large number of records are returned.
- When running reports, if one or more fields contain an invalid entry, the report will not be able to run until the field with the invalid data is addressed.
Setup Updates
- A new notification type has been added, the “User of Payer” notification.
- This notification type will send a pop up reminder to a specific user if they utilize a specific payer or payer type on a bill. It is a combination of the existing “Use of Payer” and “User” notifications.
- Improved the Use of Payer notification type by no longer requiring a form type selection.
Accounts/Subscription Updates
- If utilizing eServices for subscription payments, you will now be able to access the eServices login screen from the Accounts/Sub Module’s Subscription Tab.
Billing Updates
- Corrected the Confirm Information/Update prompt that would appear when saving a bill so that the Patient and Insured Date of Birth would not prompt to update/ignore when the dates are the same between the patient account and their bill.
- Bills in a Reject accounting status will now allow for updates to the Charges Tab.
- When processing Reconciliation With Options, users can now select to also print the reports after processing the payment file through the new “Print Reports after posting” checkbox in the Post Dates prompt.
- During the posting process after selecting to process reconciliation with options, subscribers names will now be highlighted to indicate they are a subscriber.
- Resolved an issue where the Miles field within the Charges Tab was defaulting to 0 in some circumstances.
