6.0.105 Billing Release Notes

Billing Release Scheduled for 6/27/24 at 7:00AM EST

NOTICE:  Release will take place from 7AM- 7:30AM, the application will not be accessible during the update.

It is recommended after each release; users clear their browser cache.  This can be done by using the F12 key on your keyboard, right-clicking on the browser refresh button and selecting "Empty Cache and Hard Reload".

Report/Queue Updates

  1. Report Queues will now require that any invalid entries (indicated by a red highlight on the field) be resolved prior to allowing the Queue to be ran.

Setup Updates

  1. Corrections have been made in Field Configuration Setup so that the fields within the Account Subscription Information section will now become properly disabled when configured to do so.
  2. User access, specifically for multi-company setups where a user has different roles for different companies, has been addressed to limit access where necessary.

Accounts/Subscription Updates

  1. A Suffix column has been added to the Existing Bills section of the Accounts/Sub Module’s Information Tab.
