6.0.108 Billing Release Notes

Billing Release Scheduled for 8/28/24 at 7:00AM EST

NOTICE:  Release will take place from 7AM- 7:30AM, the application will not be accessible during the update.

It is recommended after each release; users clear their browser cache.  This can be done by using the F12 key on your keyboard, right-clicking on the browser refresh button and selecting "Empty Cache and Hard Reload".

Report/Queue Updates

  1. Resolved issues where the following reports sometimes provided an error or did not run without a manually-entered ending transaction date:
    1. Billing Receivables Details
    2. Billing Receivables by Month
    3. Billing Receivables Forecasting

Billing Updates

  1. Conditional Modifier auto-population will now overwrite Modifier 1.
    1. However, if the transport locations are updated afterwards, the modifier(s) from Modifier 1 Setup will overwrite what had populated from Conditional Modifier Setup.
  2. Resolved an issue where sometimes Conditional Modifiers did not auto-populate on secondary payers.
  3. Corrected the process of importing reconciliation files such that multiple files can now be imported at once by clicking and dragging them into the dialog window.
