Forgot Username/Password for AIM Billing
How to Reset Username and/or Password.
Users have the ability to request a forgotten Username and/or request a temporary password.

Forgot Username: Allows a user to request a username via email. This process can only proceed with a match of an email established in the User Maintenance Setup.

Forgot Password: Allows a user to request a new, temporary password. This reset can only proceed with a match of the username and the email established in the User Maintenance Setup. User will be prompted to change their password on their initial login once they complete the forgot password process.
