Bills in Medicaid Eligibility Management Report/Queue

The Bills in Medicaid Eligibility Management Report and Queue provide data on bills actively within the Medicaid Eligibility Management process.

The Bills in Deductible Management Report and Queue require the AIM Intelligence Medicaid Eligibility Management feature to be enabled through the AIM Sales Department in order to be able to be used.

In order to see a list of all bills currently going through the Medicaid Eligibility Management process, users can run the Bills in Medicaid Eligibility Management report or queue. This report is meant to be able to show details on when bills entered the Medicaid Eligibility Management process as well as data relating to the eligibility checks conducted automatically through the feature.

To run the Bills in Medicaid Eligibility Management Report/Queue, simply enter a date of service range and configure any Additional Filters as necessary. For the Queue version, additional columns can also be added if needed. By default, no patient health information appears on the report output, but this can be added via the Columns section of the Queue version.

The report will provide the Date of Service, the Bill Number, the Payer for which whose eligibility is being managed, along with the First Date Checked, which is the date that the bill entered the Medicaid Eligibility Management process. The report also provides the Last Date Checked, which indicates the date of the most recent eligibility check, as well as the Number of Times Checked - the total number of manual or automated eligibility checks conducted for this bill while it is actively in the MEM process.
