Duplicate Social Security Numbers Report/Queue

Lists accounts with duplicate social security numbers.

This report/queue identifies bill numbers using the same social security number. It displays the total number of account members with each SSN.

Report/Queue Search Criteria

While the use of a dummy number like 000-00-0000 or 999-99-9999 may be used intentionally, there could be situations where a patient’s data was incorrectly entered or became incorrect due to changes.

 

To fix duplicate SSN's, merge the accounts using the Split/Merge Account Utility.
