Print Services Integration: Trizetto

The Trizetto print services integration streamlines patient billing communications by automatically printing and mailing patient invoices and statements directly from AIM. 

Patient account data is securely transmitted to Trizetto's fulfillment centers where professional-grade statements are produced using customizable templates that include your organization's branding, payment options, and contact information. This service eliminates in-house printing costs and administrative overhead while ensuring timely delivery of patient correspondence, including initial invoices, payment reminders, and collection notices, with detailed tracking and delivery confirmation provided through the integrated reporting dashboard.

Patient bills and statements can also be automatically uploaded directly to the clearinghouse by normal print functions in AIM. This configuration can be enabled in AIM via Billing Configuration Settings Setup after coordinating this with your clearinghouse directly.
