This outsourced solution reduces operational expenses and staff workload by handling the entire mail production cycle, from data processing through postal delivery, with complete visibility into delivery status and response tracking through integrated reporting tools that help optimize your patient collection workflows.

Patient bills, statements, and warning letters can also be automatically uploaded directly to the clearinghouse by normal print functions in AIM. This configuration can be enabled in AIM via Billing Configuration Settings Setup after coordinating this with your clearinghouse directly.
